Use of the Service

Nerzo is a short-form cheerleading video platform for viewing, sharing, and discovering routines, stunts, highlights, and creator content. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Accounts and Profiles

You are responsible for information associated with your account and for activity that occurs through your use of the app.

User Content

• You may only upload or share content that you own or have permission to use.
• You remain responsible for your videos, images, captions, comments, profile information, and other submissions.
• By posting content through the app, you grant Nerzo the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, distribute, and operate that content within the service.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or harmful material.
• Do not violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights of others.
• Do not misuse community features, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Do not upload content that you do not have the right to share, including music, logos, footage, or choreography where permissions are required.

Moderation and Safety

Nerzo may review reports, remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or restrict accounts when we believe it is necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, or protect the community.

Community Features

The app may include features such as following, liking, reporting, blocking, creator profiles, and saved clips. These tools are provided to support discovery and community safety, and they may change over time.

Purchases and Virtual Items

If Nerzo offers in-app purchases, virtual coins, boosts, or similar digital features, those items are licensed for use within the app only, have no cash value unless required by law, and may be subject to additional purchase terms presented at the time of sale.

Availability

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability
